I enjoyed my stay at The Chiang Mai Old Town. the spacious room and modern amenities made me feel comfortable. However, the noise from the hallway and breakfast options left a bit to be desired. Overall, a solid experience.

The room was very spacious and sophisticatedly furnished with all the required amenities. Though it could be a bit dark at times, it included a sofa bed which was perfect for my needs.
Service

The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. Yet, there were moments when their management seemed lacking, which impacted service quality slightly.
Location

The location was convenient, situated in a quiet area but close enough to the vibrant Night Bazaar. It offered a lovely landscape, easily accessible by songthaew.
Dining

Breakfast was okay but didn’t offer many savory options for vegetarians, which was disappointing given the other places I’ve stayed around the area.
Facilities

My stay at The Chiang Mai Old Town was enjoyable overall. The location was perfect for exploring the old city, but the dining options left much to be desired. I appreciated the friendly service and the little extras like tea and snacks, but I found the room a bit smaller than expected. Overall, it was a good experience, just not without its flaws.

My Deluxe Twin room was spacious and well-furnished, but I felt misled by the advertised size. The decor was sophisticated, though it might be seen as dark.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay more pleasant. However, I felt that the pricing for booking tours through the hotel was quite high.

I loved how the hotel was tucked away on a quiet street yet still within walking distance to the heart of the old city. Hearing the monks chant from the nearby temple was a unique touch.

I had a mixed experience at The Chiang Mai Old Town. The location is decent, as it's close enough to the Old Town’s cafes and shops. However, the breakfast left much to be desired, and the noise from the neighborhood was a bit distracting. On the upside, the in-house spa staff provided amazing massages, which really made my stay more enjoyable.

Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious and beautifully furnished, but I found the wardrobe space insufficient. The pillows were firm, despite having a choice, which made for an uncomfortable night now and then.
Service
8.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help, although some management of services, like booking tours, could be improved as there were some communication errors. They really tried their best to make my family comfortable.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located at the fringe of the Old Town, which was nice for exploring, but a bit far from the center. I could easily grab a ride to the Night Bazaar, which was a plus.
Dining

Dining options at the hotel were underwhelming compared to other places I’ve stayed in Chiang Mai. I found the breakfast especially disappointing, but thankfully, there are great cafes nearby.
Facilities

The hotel's facilities were quite nice, with a lovely spa offering excellent massages, but the room service and other amenities fell short at times.

I enjoyed my stay at The Chiang Mai Old Town, especially the great location and the friendly, skilled spa staff. However, the breakfast buffet was quite disappointing and the room was smaller than I expected, plus there was a bit of noise from the neighborhood. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but I had a good time exploring the nearby cafes.

Rooms

The Deluxe King room was nicely furnished, but it felt smaller than advertised. The pillows were pretty firm, even with options.

The staff were kind and helpful, but there were some issues with attention to detail, particularly with housekeeping.
